Terms of Return
At SkillRise, we prioritize the satisfaction of our learners. Our professional development courses are designed to empower individuals and enhance their skills for career advancement. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return or cancel your enrollment. Below are our comprehensive terms of return to ensure clarity and transparency.
All requests for returns or cancellations must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at [email protected] . We recommend including your order number and the course title in your request to facilitate a swift response. Our team will process your request promptly upon receipt.
For courses that are delivered online, you may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This policy applies as long as you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. If you have accessed more than this threshold, we regret to inform you that we cannot issue a refund.
For in-person professional development courses, we provide a similar cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least seven days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days of the course will incur a 50% cancellation fee, as we incur costs for materials and venue reservations.
If SkillRise needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future course. We strive to provide the best learning experience, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
In the event of a course rescheduling, we will notify all participants via email to the address provided during registration. Participants will have the option to accept the new date or request a refund if the new schedule does not suit their availability.
For participants who wish to transfer their enrollment to another course, requests must be made at least 14 days before the original course start date. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of CHF 50.
SkillRise reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and directly via email. We encourage our participants to review our terms periodically to stay informed about our policies.
